Quality control, off paper
Aletheia moved two paper quality processes onto a tablet: inspecting incoming raw material, with a supplier report and a 24-hour window to dispute it, and the daily checklists on finished product. Reports build themselves as PDFs and go out by email.

The problem
Quality checks happened on paper, which meant the results arrived after the product had already moved on, and a dispute with a supplier started with finding the right sheet.
What I built
A tablet app for the two checks that matter most. Incoming raw material gets inspected on the spot; the supplier gets a PDF report and 24 hours to dispute it. Finished product runs through a daily checklist. Everything lands in one database instead of a binder.
The quiet part
Moving production from Vercel to our own server got its own runbook: a rollback plan, a table of every constant, and a log of each place where the docs and the code disagreed. Nobody noticed the switch, which was the point.
