Workforce planning for the factory floor
Libra brings the competence matrix, the shift roster, evaluations and candidate pools into one view, so HR and production can see who can run which station, on which shift, and where the real gaps are. It never pretends someone is available when they aren’t.

The problem
The competence matrix lived in a spreadsheet that a few people could read and nobody wanted to open at six in the morning, when a shift is short and the line has to start anyway.
What I built
Three versions. The first two, in Streamlit, proved that people wanted the answer. The third is a proper web app that HR and production managers use in staffing reviews and daily planning. Its one rule: show the gap as it is, even when a more comfortable number is one guess away.
